Chilled Golden Apple And Peach Soup

    

1 Lbs. Fresh Golden Apple Peeled
8 Oz.  Fresh Peach Peeled
2 Cup. Whipped Cream
1 Cup. Plain Yogurt
2 Tsp.  Calvados Liquor (Apple Liquor)
1               Finely grated lime peel for garnish




METHOD OF PREPARATION



Blend all ingredients at high speed, until completely smooth. Served in the soup glass chilled, and garnish in top with grated lime
