Chilled Cherry Soup

For 80 Pax

4 Lbs.          Dark Cherry  
1 Lbs.          Mascarpone Cheese or Cream Cheese  
½ Gallons   Vanilla Ice Cream
¼ Gallons   Whipped Cream
4                  Finely grated Lemon peel        
2 Cup          Dry Marsala
1Lbs.           Plain Yogurt


METHOD of PREPARATION

Blend all ingredients at high speed, until completely smooth.
Chill several hours for flavors to blend. Ladle chilled soup into Poco Grande Glass.
